Why a veteran-specific locator exists
San Antonio calls itself Military City USA, and the veteran half of that story is bigger than the active-duty half: people stay when they separate, retire here on purpose, and move here for the VA. Yet the rental market still runs on employer pay stubs and twelve-month calendars, as if none of that were true.
This service exists for the gap between those two facts. We keep track of which communities' written policies genuinely work with transition documents, VA and retirement income, and GI Bill calendars - and we verify pricing with each community before you ever see a number.
Two things we never do: promise an approval, or charge a veteran. Communities decide applications on their own criteria, and they pay our referral fee - your rent is the same either way. We follow TREC rules and the Fair Housing Act in everything we publish: facts about places, never about people.

There is no storefront to visit. We cover San Antonio, TX as a service-area practice, so the work happens at the communities themselves, on the phone, and over video. Mon–Sat 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Evenings and Sundays by appointment.
